Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if you are unsatisfied with your equipment or receive a damaged item, we are here to help.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the item if it arrived damaged.
- 2.Verification
Our team will review your request within 24 hours to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
- 3.Return Shipping
For non-perishable equipment, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item in its original packaging.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once received, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3 business days.
